Who we are?

Louise & Associates is a firm of Certified Public Accountants offering services such as audits (financial & Information systems) and taxation services, budget analysis services, accounting services and business consultancy services such as business plans, financial and operational due diligence, Information, and accounting systems review amongst others to our clientele that range across various sectors of the economy.

Our staff are holders of various university degrees and possess Certified Public Accountants qualifications.

We take pride in working with clients around the globe; more so in East Africa; to offer a wide range of professional services in the management of organizations’ financial matters,

Our Perspective

It is our aim to contribute through the provision of professional services and of training to the improvement in the quality of financial management and reporting in business, in development work and in organizations and to support the growth of the accounting profession in Africa. We aim to make a positive contribution to the effectiveness of our clients in their various activities by offering innovative solutions that optimize their business processes.

Our system of quality controls

The firm has set in place and evolved a philosophy and a system of internationally recognized quality controls which are applied in all assignments by every staff member of the firm. This ensures uniformity of standards and continuous quality improvements through the adoption of innovations in best practice wherever they occur in the world. In fact, the firm believes in value addition to any assignment that it handles.

We are committed to promoting high standards of discipline, excellence, and ethics through adherence to the firm’s quality standards, the laws of the country as well as regulations of the profession. We are dedicated to maintaining a strong internal administration, thereby enabling provision of quality service and ensuring client utmost satisfaction.

All our staff are dedicated to devising and implementing innovative, client-based solutions that lead to the better utilization of resources and improvement of performance and delivery of quality service to clients.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

Louise & Associates’ quality control standards stipulate that all staff must attend at least 3 seminars per year held by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). The partner and senior staff are all up to date with their Continuing Professional Education since joining the institute. In addition, strict supervision of staff at the field level by the partners themselves, ensures that adequate, on the field training is provided to staff on a continuous basis.
